Responsibilities:
Engage with customers by responding to messages and comments across multiple social media platforms.
Handle customer follow-ups and coordinate with shipping companies to ensure smooth operations.
Supervise, train, and mentor a team of social media moderators.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to the moderation team.
Schedule and delegate tasks to ensure continuous coverage and efficiency.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Social Media Moderator.
Must be a graduate.
Fluency in both English and Arabic.
Fast and accurate typing skills.
Highly interactive and engaging with customers.
Dedicated, committed, and hardworking.
Working Conditions:
