Once aboard, your main focuses will be on:

  • Day-to-day administrative support.
  • Contract and document management (e.g. submitting documentation for signature).
  • Management of the digital document management system.
  • Occasional errands (e.g. visiting public bodies to acquire official documents).
  • Processing, reviewing, and completing basic legal documents, as well as obtaining signatures.
  • Various tasks in support of legal team operations.
  • Occasional business communication.
  • Formatting documents to the company standard.
  • Project management of administrative tasks.

Our ideal new team member should be able to demonstrate:

  • Exceptional organizational, time, and workload management skills.
  • Diligence, consistency, integrity, and excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in English. Proficiency in German, Czech, Chinese, or Dutch would be a plus.
  • The ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Open, direct, and transparent communication.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach.

Typical day:

  • Processing signed documentation (sharing with stakeholders and filing using various IT systems).
  • Processing client bankruptcy notices.
  • Processing license transfer requests.
  • Processing template NDAs and standardized documents.
  • Submitting finalized contracts for signature (typically through DocuSign), including prior administrative checks (such as making sure tax and business approvals are in place, and the correct signatory is selected).
  • Addressing reported or individually identified issues in a digital document repository.
