Responsibilities
About the Team The IP Ops Specialist role is part of the Global IP Ops team (Trust and Safety). The team covers all contact with our community and rightsholders with regard to intellectual property (IP) removal requests. The successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast paced and global, operational setting. Responsibilities - Process high volumes of IP removal requests efficiently and accurately. - Identify trends and inconsistencies to drive continuous improvement. - As opportunities arise, collaborate cross-functionally with a variety of global stakeholders on projects aimed at enhancing processes and tools for greater efficiency and consistency.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Demonstrable experience in an IP support, IP consulting role or a similar operations setting for a minimum of 1 year, and/or a relevant (Bachelor or Master) degree in technology, policy, or law / IP law with a good understanding of basic IP concepts.
Proficient with technology and tool usage.
Strong communicator with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Available for regular, scheduled weekend shifts.
Your ability to work in a high tempo environment, adapt, respond to day-to-day challenges of the role.
Your resilience and commitment to self-care to manage the emotional demands of the role. Preferred Qualifications
Fluency in a second language would be advantageous (written and verbal communication)
Fast learner with an appetite for continuous learning and adaptability to both dynamic and repetitive tasks.
Flexible and comfortable in a very fast paced environment, willing to adjust to team's needs as needed.
A proactive and positive personality with great team spirit.
