Collaborate with various teams to ensure content accurately reflects the brand's voice and messaging.
Provide timely and effective solutions to user concerns and maintain a high level of user satisfaction.
Identify patterns in community behavior and suggest improvements to enhance engagement and the overall user experience.
Conduct regular reviews of social media content to ensure quality and consistency.
Keep up with social media trends, new platforms, and content moderation best practices to adapt quickly to changes.
Foster a positive community by promoting respectful interactions and handling sensitive topics with care.
Requirements
Proficiency in French (both written and spoken); a good command of English is also required.
Previous experience in content moderation or social media management is highly desirable.
Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok) and understanding of community engagement best practices.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to maintain professionalism in all user interactions.
Ability to manage and address sensitive content issues with tact and empathy.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
