Amplifying the voices of Trust and Safety Professionals: Introducing T&S Pro Voices
The Trust and Safety industry is more than just a profession - it's a calling. We're a community of individuals who are driven by a shared passion for protecting the internet and its users.
At Trust and Safety Jobs, we're committed to supporting this community by providing a platform for professionals to find jobs opportunity without wasting time and energy across multiple jobs board and career sites. As well we aim to connect, share knowledge, and grow their careers.
Our new series, T&S Pro Voices, is an extension of this mission. By amplifying the stories and insights of Trust and Safety professionals, we hope to inspire and educate others about the important work that we do.
Why are we doing this?
We believe that Trust and Safety professionals are the unsung heroes of the online world. They work tirelessly behind the scenes to keep online communities safe and trustworthy, but often their stories and insights go untold. We want to change that. By providing a platform for T&S pros to share their voices, we hope to:
- Give recognition to the important work that T&S pros do
- Provide a space for T&S pros to share their expertise and insights
- Foster a sense of community and connection among T&S pros
- Inspire others to join the Trust and Safety field
The idea was born from a LinkedIn poll
We recently conducted a LinkedIn poll to see interest in a T&S Pro Voices series, and the response was very encouraging.
Over 88% of participants said yes, they would be interested in reading a series featuring stories and insights from T&S pros. This response confirmed our suspicions that there is a strong desire for a platform like this, and we're excited to make it a reality.
What can you expect from T&S Pro Voices?
In the coming weeks and months, we'll be featuring stories and insights from T&S pros who are passionate about sharing their experiences and expertise. You'll hear about the challenges they've faced, the trends that excite them, and the projects that they're most proud of.
Through T&S Pro Voices, you'll gain a deeper understanding of the complexities of Trust and Safety, from the evolution of threats to the importance of self-care for professionals in this field. You'll also learn about the different roles and responsibilities within Trust and Safety, and how companies can better standardise team names and structures to make it easier for professionals to navigate and communicate with one another.
Our goal is to provide a platform for T&S pros to share their experiences, expertise, and perspectives, and to inspire and educate others about the important work that they do. We hope that T&S Pro Voices will become a valuable resource for professionals in the Trust and Safety space, and a way to connect with others who share similar interests and passions.

How can you get involved?
We want to hear from you! If you're a T&S pro with a story to tell or insights to share, we invite you to submit your application to be featured in our T&S Pro Voices series.
We initially select 10 voices. We're committed to sharing a diverse range of voices and stories, and we'll do our best to feature as many submissions as possible. However, please note that we reserve the right to select the submissions that best fit our editorial goals and standards.
As a token of our appreciation, all featured T&S pros will receive a free one-year subscription to our platform. This is our way of saying thank you for sharing your expertise and experiences with our community.
